Project Manager

The successful applicant, in addition to meeting the qualifications below, must be passionate about startups and technology as we are a growing global agency. The candidate will have a do-what-it-takes attitude and be a self-starter.

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing projects, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget, and keeping the COO apprised of any roadblocks or issues impeding the completion of any projects.

The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of all of Enventys Partners lines of service in order to build and manage projects in the verticals of search marketing, website development, public relations, social media, content marketing and general digital marketing. Having worked in project management for a digital marketing agency before is a plus.

Responsibilities:

A project management professional has several primary responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycle from conception to completion
  • Oversee aspects of concurrent projects from scope, requirements, timelines, and resources
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and other departments for cross-functional schedules
  • Facilitate meetings with all team members and stakeholders
  • Actively track project status, progress, risk and issues
  • Develop mitigation plans and solutions for at-risk situations
  • Actively participate in project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key deliverables ensuring strategy and quality across the brand
  • Enforce best practices and company processes
  • Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to team members and stakeholders

When it comes to generating and closing leads, day-to-day duties include:

  • Coordinate various integrated communication and marketing activities
  • Monitor production, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral
  • Comprehensive support of key marketing media
  • Communicate with all departments and provide prompt answers to requests
  • Utilize our project management system to track and analyze data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management or marketing agency experience
  • Socially adept
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with clients and internal staff to provide seamless project management
  • Exceptional focus on details
  • Results-oriented with the ability to accomplish project and agency goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with standard office technology including Google Drive and Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years progressively more responsible experience in project management
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
