Lyd: This bottle opens when your lips touch, never spills
Lyd Bottle set out to crowdfund a smart water bottle on Kickstarter, but needed marketing assistance in order to execute a successful campaign. They engaged the crowdfunding experts at Enventys Partners for pay-per-click advertising, public relations, social media management, email marketing, campaign creation and more.

There are many smart water bottles on the market, so the challenge with the Lyd crowdfunding campaign was focusing on what made the bottle unique: the fact that it opens with the touch of your lips and never spills.
Lyd set out to raise $30,000, and quickly hit their funding goal in about a week. Stretch goals, backer updates, Kickstarter Live livestreams and flash sales all contributed to the campaign’s quick success. High quality press hits pushed the campaign over the top, helping it finish with more than $100,000 in funding; Enventys Partners was able to secure press coverage in media outlets including New Atlas, Digital Trends, The Awesomer and The Gadgeteer.
In total, Enventys Partners helped raise $110,424 through Kickstarter, which was 268% of the $30,000 funding goal. 1,662 backers contributed to this campaign to help make the smart water bottle a reality.
