Enventys Partners seeks a dynamic, thorough, and process-oriented business development specialist to assist with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to handling inbound sales leads, outbound lead generation, sales reports, proposal writing, and negotiations.
A successful candidate will be dynamic and move to where needed most. They will be a self-learner and require minimal management over time. They will demonstrate an ability to ensure no ball is dropped by adhering to well-defined processes. They will create or improve processes where needed. They blend a mixture of charismatic client relationship skills with analytical thinking.
Supervision & Reporting:
The Business Development Specialist will report to Ryan Gorman. Additionally, the sales team holds weekly meetings to review goals and issues.
Functions & Responsibilities:
The candidate will follow standard Enventys Partners operating policy regarding functional hours, time off, vacation policy, etc. Sales opportunities however, do not restrict themselves to a traditional “9-5” workday and the candidate must maintain some scheduling flexibility to be successful.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Vetting inbound leads and determining those that are good fits vs. those that aren’t.
Respond to inbound sales inquiry emails, answer initial questions, and schedule calls. Ensure leads are responded to within 24 hours.
Assisting in onboarding clients and setting up initial invoices.
Taking sales calls, writing proposals, creating and negotiating of agreements.

Training for the role will commence immediately upon acceptance with the expectation you’ll be independent at week 3.
