Accounting Administrative Assistant

Enventys Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time, entry-level position for an administrative assistant.  This position will be working directly with the controller of the company, so the ideal candidate will need accounting or QuickBooks experience.  The accounting department is seeking someone positive who is self-starting and maintains a can-do attitude. Some of the position duties are listed below: 

  • Managing invoicing and payments 
  • Managing monthly bills and insurance policies 
  • Keeping data records for multiple entities 
  • Managing office paperwork and HR forms 
  • Providing administrative support for department managers 
  • Organizing and maintaining files 

Duties and responsibilities can increase with proven aptitude and are not limited to those listed above.  The department needs someone who is ready and willing to work. Minimum requirements include:

  • Proficient experience in Microsoft office and Google applications  
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills 
  • Well-organized and detailed oriented 
  • Flexibility and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information 
  • Excellent communication skills
