How much do your services cost?
Our rates start at $599 plus 15% of tracked pledges for the ProductHype newsletter in most cases. We ultimately want to make the economics work best for you, so we can get creative if need be.
Do I need to pay a fee if my project doesn’t reach its funding goal?
Upfront fees cover the hours needed for the setup of ads, emails, newsletters, etc., but if your campaign doesn’t fund, we won’t charge commission. We’d likely see low performance long before we continue running ads and likely make the recommendation to stop spending if a return isn’t positive.
How can I ensure I maintain profit with your fee structure?
We will do everything in our power to ensure your campaign is successful. The more information you give us about your COGs and bottom line, the better, so we can ensure that we’re hitting all of those metrics at a minimum. We work very closely with our full-service clients to ensure that reward pricing is fair to backers, but also results in a business that has full potential to grow.
Can I run ads with others at the same time?
Yes, we don’t mandate exclusivity and want you to maximize success. We encourage you to use your pixel and own all data throughout our entire engagement.
How long does it take to launch a campaign?
Depends where you’re at! Pre-launch typically takes 4 weeks, during which we’ll prepare everything needed for the launch. Contact us to get an exact quote.
Do you handle fulfillment and post-campaign e-commerce?
Yes! We have teams that can help guide you through fulfillment and manufacturing if needed, and a full in-house e-commerce marketing team.
